If Trump were a real man last night he would have attended game six of the NHL Eastern Conference Finals between the NY Rangers and Florida Panthers. Florida won the series 4 games to 2. Great game.

This is the part I found most relevant Therein is the most dangerous power of the prosecutor: that he will pick people that he thinks he should get, rather than pick cases that need to be prosecuted. With the law books filled with a great assortment of crimes, a prosecutor stands a fair chance of finding at least a technical violation of some act on the part of almost anyone. In such a case, it is not a question of discovering the commission of a crime and then looking for the man who has committed it, it is a question of picking the man and then searching the law books, or putting investigators to work, to pin some offense on him. It is in this realm-in which the prosecutor picks some person whom he dislikes or desires to embarrass, or selects some group of unpopular persons and then looks for an offense, that the greatest danger of abuse of prosecuting power lies. It is here that law enforcement becomes personal, and the real crime becomes that of being unpopular with the predominant or governing group, being attached to the wrong political views, or being personally obnoxious to or in the way of the prosecutor himself.

Deciding to work for a mutual company without shareholders was the best thing I ever did regarding employment. We still have a pension, and a big bunch of people with 25-35 years years at the place. I won't say it was the smartest decision I made, as at the time I had absolutely no idea what I was doing.

We could send several thousand F-150s, driven by a diverse group of veterans, flying MAGA flags North on election day. It might work like the panthers in Philadelphia.

@George-K said in $300K: I believe that was donations to the campaign. He would never use those funds to... Of course they don't care how the funds are used. Tell them the donations will be used for hush money, they'll probably donate twice as much.

As well they should be. They're probably safe as long as they support Biden. Probably.

I don't think there is any doubt about Biden orchestrating lawfare to engage in election interference. It may be his ultimate legacy.

Agreed. Also, Bluetooth, while a great thing while driving, can be a problem. If Janet is on the phone and I start the car, the car picks up her phone call in the house and disconnects it when I pull out.
